Our team
Richard founded CWC Resources in March 2010.
A Chartered Accountant, Richard left the top 20 firm Kingston Smith in 2000 to join the EdComs Management Buy Out team.
Following the successful MBO from Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Richard was the Finance Director and a shareholder of EdComs developing the company's internal accounting and reporting systems. He had board level responsibility for the Accounting, IT and HR.
Robbie has been a non executive director of CWC since its founding in March 2010.
A clinical psychologist Robbie has extensive insight and understanding into the way people behave, learn and grow.
Robbie works with a range of marketing services client providing board-level facilitation and coaching, strategic planning, organisational development and internal communications.
Steve has been a non executive director of CWC since its founding in March 2010.
He is currently the Finance Director of 101. Previously he was the CFO across Saatchi & Saatchi and Fallon's UK operations having been the Global CFO of Fallon.
A Chartered Accountant, Steve was a partner at Kingston Smith, the accountancy firm.
Siva joined CWC as its first employee when we launched in March 2010.
Siva works across a wide range of marketing services clients ensuring the timely delivery of the monthly management reports.
A Chartered Management Accountant, Siva also has a Masters Degree in Management and International Business.
Vicky joined CWC in November 2011 and is now responsible for the financial control and management accounts preparation across a range of CWC’s clients.
Vicky graduated in Economics and Philosophy and completed her ACA qualification at Kingston Smith, where she specialised in auditing marketing services companies for three years.
Wendy joined CWC in March 2010, shortly after we launched.
Prior to being at CWC, Wendy was a business analyst at Accenture specialising in implementing accounting systems for SME's.
Having graduated in Information Technology while in the USA, Wendy moved to London and is now studying for her ACCA.
Joelle moved from Mauritius to the UK in January 2011 and joined CWC.
Previously at Ernst and Young in Port Louis, Joelle is completing her accounting studies in London.
While not studying Joelle works at CWC preparing management accounts and other monthly reports.
With a background that includes working in four of the top MarComms agencies – Mother, Iris, Media Edge and Yellowdoor – Hayley loves working in a busy creative environment.
She adds even more depth of experience to the team marrying the creative and financial worlds effectively.
Hayley is currently studying for her CIMA qualification.
CIPD qualified, Karen has great experience in the MarComms sector. She worked at Diversified Agency Services, part of the Omnicom Group, where she set up the HR function.
Karen has also worked at both Marks and Spencer and the BBC Worldwide.
Karen now heads up CWC HR.
